Excellent experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The dishes were flavorful, sophisticated, and full of character, with original flavors that never betrayed the spirit of traditional regional cuisine. A beautiful balance between tradition and creativity. Attentive and professional service. Special mention to the elegant and charismatic manager, who adds to the charm of the establishment.

It had been several years since I'd been back to this excellent restaurant. The welcome was warm, and I enjoyed the house aperitif and the beetroot mousse with haddock as an amuse-bouche. The foie gras for the starter was delicious! I found the pork dish with its rich jus to be succulent; the meat was flavorful and melted in your mouth. I loved the jus so much that I scraped the plate clean!
The cheese course included blue cheese, Morbier, and Comté (aged 18 months?).
My friend was celebrating her 30th birthday and received a thoughtful touch for dessert. Mine, a rhubarb creation, was excellent. This is a truly great place!

A must-visit in the Jura! A very warm welcome and the outdoor setting is truly magnificent on these summer evenings.
We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert, all of which were very original, beautifully prepared, and showcased the local produce perfectly!
The service met our expectations, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. A nice bonus was the kindness with which we accepted our dog and adjusted our table accordingly. Many thanks to the team; we will most certainly return on our next trip! 😉

One word to describe this restaurant: WOW. From start to finish, it was unparalleled perfection: from the service to the quality of the food, not to mention the relaxing atmosphere. Moreover, the portions were generous, which sets it apart from other fine dining establishments. A huge thank you to the team for this unique and memorable experience and for their warm hospitality!

If you're looking for a truly excellent meal in a friendly atmosphere, head straight to Le Bouchon du Château.
The foie gras is superb, cooked to perfection; the confit pork belly melted in your mouth, and the chestnut crisp was perfectly balanced. If you don't have enough room for cheese, I recommend the candied pineapple with mojito sorbet, which will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for dessert. I should also mention that the service team is incredibly efficient yet discreet. My only wish is to return to Le Bouchon very soon...
