If you're looking for a truly excellent meal in a friendly atmosphere, head straight to Le Bouchon du Château.
The foie gras is superb, cooked to perfection; the confit pork belly melted in your mouth, and the chestnut crisp was perfectly balanced. If you don't have enough room for cheese, I recommend the candied pineapple with mojito sorbet, which will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for dessert. I should also mention that the service team is incredibly efficient yet discreet. My only wish is to return to Le Bouchon very soon...

We had a fantastic evening. The food was excellent, the service and atmosphere were great, and the staff were very pleasant. Just one small thing: I know you have superb wines all around, it's a shame the prices are so high, but otherwise, don't change a thing, you're the best!

Excellent restaurant in Château Chalon!
It was recommended to us, and we understand why.
We had a set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert. Everything was delicious and perfectly seasoned.
The service was great. Just one minor point: the dessert was a little too sweet for my taste.
Remember to book ahead to be sure of getting a table!

An unforgettable experience at Le Bouchon du Château restaurant. A magnificent place, with a simply splendid setting and ambiance where you immediately feel at ease.
The service was excellent: the entire team was very welcoming, smiling, and attentive.
As for the cuisine, it was absolutely exceptional—a true explosion of flavors. Each dish surpassed the last, with remarkable quality and creativity.
An address we highly recommend! We are already looking forward to returning very soon.
