Le Bouchon Lyonnais sur Cavaillon

We came for lunch on a Sunday. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to serve each table. The food was excellent from start to finish, from the fish to the charcuterie; everything was delicious, fresh, and, most importantly, homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will gladly return.

When chance works in mysterious ways! We found ourselves in Cavaillon after 1:00 PM this Sunday, having been turned away from several other restaurants nearby, intending to have a simple lunch. We were tempted by the €35 set menu: the foie gras with its excellent homemade brioche, the scallops on a bed of leek fondue were magnificent, the prawn risotto was exceptional, and to finish, the chocolate profiteroles were sublime, as was the melon sundae (very, very good, according to my 88-year-old mother, a retired producer) with melon ice cream. I had been there a long time ago for a Savoyard fondue with my cousins. But I will be going back more often, even if Cavaillon isn't my favorite area. Thank you to the chef and the servers for their friendliness.
