A small bar-restaurant with narrow tables. We came on a weekday after 15.00, and the restaurant was open, which is a definite plus, unlike many establishments in Paris.
The prices are average: we spent about 40 euros for 2 teas (they serve tea bags + a kettle of hot water, you can ask for refills), a salad with cheese, potatoes and bacon, and a burger with fries.
The service is nice, but they smoke inside.

Super cozy and atmospheric establishment. Friendly staff, they understand English, so there were no problems with communication. Very tasty escargot and onion soup. I recommend it if you want to get to know French cuisine.

My home away from home. Love the atmosphere in this place and came here to do some writing. Super cool staff and the food is excellent. Highly recommend stopping by, just don't disturb me too much if I am sitting, writing in the corner. 😉

Really loved this meal, which was just chosen as we passed it. There was a mix up with my partner's order but it was fixed straight away with no fuss and many apologies. It was probably out fault, but they were so keen to make sure it was changed I can't reccomend them high enough.
I had the delicious mixed grill with a lovely peppercorn sauce and my partner had merguez.
It's a really lovely little stop in you're in the Marais.

Lovely place and atmosphere. Reminded my friend and I of being on vacation… heheh. There are vegetarian (pasta) options that were very tasty! The fries & the crème brule stole the show though. Will come back to try the soup 🥣
