The dishes are hearty, the meat is killer because it is so tender (the onglet) and the sauces are delicious. I recommend without hesitation and we will come back with great pleasure.

Le Bourbonnais à Clermont-Ferrand est une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de viande. La qualité des produits est remarquable, avec des plats savoureux qui mettent en valeur une viande tendre et parfaitement cuite. Que ce soit pour un steak juteux ou une côte de bœuf généreuse, chaque bouchée est un régal. En plus de cela, le personnel est tout aussi agréable : toujours souriant et attentif, il contribue à rendre l’expérience encore plus chaleureuse et conviviale. C’est un endroit où l’on se sent bien accueilli et où l’on repart pleinement satisfait. Un restaurant à ne pas manquer !

The facade does not look like much, however as soon as the door opens, there is a warm welcome, a dynamic and very pleasant team. On the plate side, the meat is exquisite, perfectly cooked, home fries cooked with beef breast. Thank you to the whole team for sharing this taste

Une table réputée de Clermont pour les amateurs de belles pièces de viande! La devanture ne paye pas de mine, et quand on entre, le petit comptoir et l'aspect "ouvrier" ne permet pas de penser qu'il y a une salle gigantesque et une terrasse agréable. Ici, point de Vegan et autre antispéciste! On mange de la viande, de la bonne viande locale!! Vous ne ressortirez pas avec la faim! Les portions sont impressionnantes et de bonne qualité! Bref, je ne connaissais pas ce restaurant et l'oubli est réparé!

10/09/2024: Came across this bar by chance and absolutely not disappointed! Great welcome, the beers are excellent, which is a change from the majority of bars, and the boards are fabulous with perfectly selected regional products. In short, it was great!

11/12/2024: A real favorite renewed with each visit to this restaurant! Top team! The kitchen was able to adapt to all the requests at our table (vegetarians, some allergies etc...) thanks again to them, it was complicated! If we add to that a very sophisticated selection of wines, a cozy and cheerful atmosphere, and a bold and gourmet menu, we can say that it is truly an unmissable address in Clermont!
