I love it! Quality, tradition, generosity. Efficient and particularly friendly staff, in short, an address to remember. One very small drawback, but it's not their fault: parking is a nightmare.

The meat was of excellent quality, and the fries cooked in beef fat were equally delicious. A bit pricey, but that's the price of quality, so it's entirely justified. I'm already looking forward to my next meal at this establishment.

A Clermont institution, this restaurant offers meat, 500g hanger steaks, calf's liver, sweetbreads, calf's head with gribiche sauce, andouillettes, burgers, and even salmon for fish lovers. Delicious meats, very generous portions, and homemade fries. If you still have room, you can treat yourself to some enormous profiteroles. The service is very friendly and pleasant. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. Reservations are highly recommended. I highly recommend it.
