Le Bourgneuf Restaurant-Hotel sur Morlaas

Review of the restaurant alone, hotel not tested. Reservation made for a family event, we were able to benefit from a private room and a unique menu agreed in advance. The chef immediately understood our expectations and was able to meet them, with excellent local products that he prepared in a classic way (not worse in such a context to best satisfy all tastes) but completely successful . We will undoubtedly come back to take advantage of the menu.

Endroit reposant pour une étape sur le chemin de Compostelle. Accueil très sympathique par Julien le patron de cet Hotel/Restaurant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le magret cocotte,une des spécialités de la maison . Nous reviendrons sûrement à l ' occasion d ' un prochain passage dans la région A recommander.
