Le bourgogne sur Saint-Germain-En-Laye

I live near Le Bourgogne and I must say that returning to this establishment more than ten years later was an excellent idea. Everything ticks the boxes for a successful customer experience: * The welcome: warm and friendly. * The service: in keeping with the warm welcome, with helpful advice and genuine care. * The menu: varied but not overwhelming, it's enticing. * The dishes: they are very good, flavorful, and well-portioned. * The ambiance: very well laid out and spacious, it makes you want to stay longer. The many regulars seem to enjoy themselves there. In short, I recommend Le Bourgogne for all these reasons and even more, because the atmosphere is pleasant and the human touch remains at the heart of the establishment.
