In this former wine cellar, the meals are delicious. The ingredients are top-notch, especially the meats. The homemade rillettes are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. If you appreciate meat cooked to perfection, with love and care, then go ahead and savor the food as much as the ambiance. And let's not forget the service, which is both friendly and professional.
Oh yes, I almost forgot… the wine recommendations are often spot-on.

What a wonderful discovery! 😊 The Bousquet restaurant welcomes you to a magnificent setting, full of small rooms carved into the stone; the ambiance is truly beautiful.
We opted for the set menu: a real treat!
Starter: unlimited country terrine and homemade rillettes.
Main course: we chose the meat cooked over the fireplace, and it was cooked to perfection! Small vegetables and fries cooked in beef fat—everything was excellent.
We chose to have a dessert outside the set menu: a combination of red berries and chocolate crumble, also very successful.
And one last word, because it really touched us: the team's camaraderie and kindness!
In short, remember to book before you go; you won't be disappointed.

A truly delightful discovery: this unique restaurant in the caves.
No feeling of claustrophobia despite the galleries carved into the tufa rock.
The service was quick despite the crowd (kudos to the waitresses and waiters!), a good, generous menu with excellent fries!
I was a little disappointed because they were out of lamb chops, but the chicken fillet with mushroom sauce was also very good.
A wide selection of local wines.
A great atmosphere in an original setting. I highly recommend it!

My visit to Le Bousquet was fabulous!!
The food is exceptional, the servers are truly lovely and attentive!
The cuisine was perfect, the dishes were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were amazing.
I highly recommend it and I won't hesitate to return when I'm in the area!!

I absolutely love this unique restaurant. The waitresses are excellent, and the owner is very pleasant and friendly. I often send friends here, and they always come back satisfied. Just one small complaint that comes up frequently (the entrecote platter is served with a salad). It's just a matter of presentation. Otherwise, it's fantastic value for money. See you soon!

A super friendly team in a unique setting.
Passing through the area, we were welcomed with a big smile without a reservation.
As for the food, the value for money is excellent: everything looks delicious, it's hard to choose!
Unfortunately, we won't have a choice... we'll have to come back 😄
