While on holiday in Chémery, I asked Chatgpt which was the best steakhouse in the area. Le Bousquet was a fantastic discovery. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a big smile by the whole team. It's one of the best rib steaks I've ever had. A real treat. The grilling was perfect. Eating in a cave dwelling during a heatwave is pure bliss. It's cool and inviting, allowing you to savor grilled meats paired with local wines – simply perfect. The homemade terrines and rillettes are excellent starters. A truly unique setting. A must-try restaurant.
