The service was excellent and the atmosphere truly charming. As for the food, the dishes were very tasty and excellent value for money. The highlight was undoubtedly the dessert: a real treat, everything is homemade by the pastry chef. If you're in the area, this is an address you absolutely must visit!

The meat was cooked perfectly on the grill/fireplace, very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant, with its lovely setting in the rocky area.

This restaurant is full of charm, as is the staff, especially the owner. The meat was cooked to perfection, the homemade fries were delicious, cooked in beef fat and double-fried, and the goat cheese sauce was exquisite. We ate at the bar with two friends after a day in Les Sables-d'Olonne, and despite our fatigue, this wonderful place revived us. It's definitely a must-try in the region; we'll be back tomorrow evening.

A very pleasant restaurant with a magnificent setting. We had rib-eye steaks, cooked to perfection, with homemade sauce and homemade fries that were immediately noticeable. The service was excellent. A very nice experience in this unique place. The service is perfect, very organized. You can tell it's a restaurant with a lot of experience. I'll start with the suggestions and the negatives because the positives will be longer and more interesting. If I had two or three suggestions: diversify the grilled options a bit (for meat: pork, lamb? other meats, why not? For fish, you can easily diversify with cooking en papillote), make potatoes cooked in ash... One negative point: the side dishes. The "vegetable stir-fry" is made with fresh vegetables, but it's not a stir-fry. They're just blanched and drizzled with oil. They need to be grilled and have a little parsley, an herb, garlic... I would have liked a little charred crust on the vegetables. As for the soggy fries, as someone from the North of France, I can only criticize them. They're completely unacceptable! Do you double-fry them? Plus, it's all profit in the kitchen. Also, be aware of the 8 pm rush; my wife didn't get the sauce she ordered. Of course, we could have asked, but it was a rush for you. As for the positives, the list is so long. Just looking at the menu and everything being homemade is magnificent: that incredible rillettes served in a generous portion, with the large jar of cornichons, was simply beautiful. The snails were amazing; you could really taste all the flavors, a very well-balanced and indulgent dish. I regret not trying the homemade pâté en croûte; I'll have to come back! And the dessert, that slice of homemade tarte tatin. It was divine. My wife ordered the same one—clever! But I noted the technique. You could also offer it with a whipped cream option or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. As for the prices, they're very reasonable. Large parking lot. Because it's a cave dwelling, it's quite noisy. In short, I highly recommend it.
