Great experience. Top-notch food. Excellent service. It's a shame the place doesn't quite capture the essence of a bouillon. But the spirit is definitely there. I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money.

A very warm welcome at Le Boute en Train! A friendly atmosphere with a real "bouillon" vibe, simple and welcoming, just the way we like it. The value for money is quite reasonable: €92 for three people including aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and wine. A pleasant place to have a good time without breaking the bank. 😊

A restaurant worthy of the Parisian Bouillons. Traditional cuisine of very high quality (leeks vinaigrette and calf's head with a glass of Pic Saint Loup). Efficient, attentive, and friendly service… a warm and welcoming experience. You feel right at home. The public isn't mistaken: the restaurant was full for lunchtime.

07/02/2026: The rave reviews convinced us to book a table. My colleague and I ordered mussels with Bleu d'Auvergne cheese. The sauce was generous and quite well made. However, half the mussels were overcooked. The quality of the red wine served by the carafe was truly mediocre, especially considering the €9.50 price tag.
