Le Bouzeron sur Bouzeron

A warm welcome and excellent, refined cuisine. I recommend this restaurant.

The menu isn't very long, but the ingredients are high quality. The dishes were well-presented and generous. The service was a bit slow between courses, and the welcome was somewhat cold. Our cocktail glass (sparkling wine and elderflower liqueur) was only half full, for a price of 10 euros that included a few appetizers (a gougère, a piece of watermelon, and a slice of sausage per person). The children's menu was also good quality and plentiful. We wouldn't necessarily return, even though the food was tasty.

As a family, we found a warm welcome and excellent cuisine at Le Bouzeron: a simple and contemporary decor, entirely homemade dishes, just the right portions, and clean flavors. The service was discreet and professional, perfect for a convivial meal where each dish reveals true expertise.

Just passing through the area. We tried it and that's when we realized how unfortunate it is that we live too far away to come back. Excellent from start to finish, both the service and the food. Well done! It's a pleasure to see that there are still people passionate about their work.

A good culinary experience. The dishes are simple but very well prepared. The chef runs the kitchen single-handedly, and the various amuse-bouches help pass the time while waiting for the main courses. The atmosphere is welcoming. However, one person at our table is vegetarian and was not well received when they called to inform us of this, and although the reservation was made a few days prior, nothing had been prepared for them. A shame.

A very pleasant dinner in a setting that's both rustic and modern. Original dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients. Good value for money for this establishment, located 15 minutes from Chalon-sur-Saône.

We discovered "Le Bouzeron" on someone's recommendation. We weren't disappointed. The dishes were good and nicely complemented by the "Le Bouzeron" white wine. The menu offers few dishes, which is a good thing—you don't get lost in the choices. On Thursdays and Fridays at lunchtime, there are three set menus to choose from. A nice touch was the amuse-bouche, even though we had ordered one of the set menus. I wasn't expecting that. The atmosphere was pleasant.

A very warm welcome from a very dynamic and friendly young woman. The owner was very pleasant. A very good meal and superb presentation. And even with our dog!
