The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Returning often makes it feel like home in a way; a familiarity develops, which makes the rest of the service pleasant and puts us at ease afterwards.

I had a delicious meal! The first time, I was very surprised by the cuisine; it was refined and inventive, and I went to thank and greet the chef. Again, I was very pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended.

A truly wonderful discovery was Le Briand restaurant, with perfectly seasoned and presented dishes at a very reasonable price. Special mention goes to the chocolate caramel dessert, utterly decadent and undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tasted, even in Michelin-starred restaurants!

Having recently moved to Valence, we had lunch at Briand and it was a delight. The meal was excellent, everything was fresh and well-prepared. You can tell the kitchen team is passionate. Well done!
As for the service, the young waitress was bubbly and energetic. Very smiley, she listened to our requests and was very friendly. Thank you for this excellent experience; we will be back regularly.

I came on Friday evening, the staff were very welcoming, the waitress was smiling and professional, the order was quick, the dishes were delicious, as were the cocktails, a very good, warm restaurant and bar that I recommend!

This is our third time there. The first two times we were delighted, but last night the service was truly appalling. The waitress, with her earbuds in, held out her hand for us to pass her the plates. My friend had her child in her hands, and we had to stop talking to pass her the dishes, even though she had plenty of room to walk around. Completely unprofessional.
