The selection of restaurants in Valence is huge. We saw many, but didn't want to spend too much since we were just passing through. Eventually, we stumbled upon Le Briand. We simply went with our gut and went in. We were absolutely delighted when our food arrived. Everything was incredibly delicious, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and perfect for us. The price-performance ratio was more than excellent. We highly recommend it.

I stopped by by chance, but the food was absolutely delicious. The plating was beautiful, and the taste was truly excellent. Although I had difficulty communicating in English, everyone helped translate for me, which made me feel very happy and grateful. The staff are very kind. I definitely want to come back.

We had a wonderful time with my 13-year-old granddaughter at lunchtime today. We highly recommend it. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the welcome was very friendly. Impeccable service despite the crowd. Well done!
