Le Bristol sur Oloron-Sainte-Marie

We stopped by for dinner in mid-February and received a very warm welcome. The food was simple yet delicious, and the owner gave us excellent wine recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the duck confit.

Food was amazing, as we're the staff! What a lovely place. Such nice people. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at the Hotel Restaurant Le Bristol in Oloron. The food is delicious, with flavorful and beautifully presented dishes made with high-quality ingredients. The waiters were also incredibly friendly and professional, always attentive and smiling. A highly recommended place that we will definitely return to.

Excellent restaurant serving traditional cuisine with a generous and affordable menu. For those with a big appetite, I recommend the garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew). Good, quick service despite the crowds, and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Exceptional! We spent two nights there last weekend. The welcome was perfect, attentive, and friendly. The rooms in this recently renovated hotel were superb, with comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor were very well-maintained. There were two set menus; the first, at €18, was delicious (I recommend the garbure). We will definitely be back.

A truly wonderful place, the room was spotless, and I loved the bathroom. The welcome was fantastic; unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but I promise I'll be back to fully enjoy this place. Well done to the whole team!

An institution for unpretentious cuisine that gets straight to the point. Good garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew), a good daily special, and reasonable prices.

Restaurant in the city center, with nearby parking. Very good traditional cuisine and very reasonable prices. Quick service, friendly atmosphere. Hotel not tested.
