A great restaurant for a delicious burger. Made with great care and local ingredients. The beef was locally sourced, cooked to perfection—pink and flavorful. The fries and sides were also excellent. For dessert, we ordered a homemade Tatin tart, which was spectacular. Very reasonable prices. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

17/07/2026: Excellent and generous portions! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and left completely satisfied! Friendly staff. Highly recommended!
30/05/2026: On our way to watch our son play rugby, we stopped for lunch and were definitely not disappointed. The Mexican pizza was generously topped and delicious, as were the two carpaccio plates. The welcome was very warm. We'll definitely be back!

Whether the products are homemade or not, they're well thought out. Honestly. Not exceptional, but attentive. So, 5 stars. In Oloron, it's not the best restaurant, but you'll be welcome…
