A restaurant we visit 3 to 4 times a year, always with a warm welcome and quality cuisine featuring excellent Italian products and fresh, homemade pasta. It was our first pizza night, and we recognized the chef's expertise; he's originally from Italy. The best pizza we've had in the area. The homemade tiramisu was excellent.
It's raining outside, but the Italian sun is shining for us... It's Sunday, and I was able to enjoy a sumptuous platter of fragrant Italian charcuterie. Ravioli made with Swiss chard (a seasonal vegetable), an Italian brioche that tantalizes you with hints of orange zest before seducing you with its mascarpone... Not forgetting the generous and vibrant wine, as lively as a mandolin... In short: come and visit Bruges in Lapeyrouse, and you'll save yourself a trip to Italy.
