A more than warm welcome which immediately sets the tone for the evening, which was excellent. Generous and really good dishes for a very reasonable price. With the added bonus of a nice view. An address to recommend and keep for a future stay.

Bufadou is one of the reasons why we return to lioran. Local products highlighted in simple, fresh and delicious dishes. A short menu with vegetarian choice. Top-notch service that makes you feel at home! Family atmosphere, even the children ask to come back to “eat at Clément”

A great experience repeated several times during our stay! 🤩 you can only be won over once the door is pushed open to enter a beautiful Cantal mountain atmosphere with a view! The dishes are more than delicious, cooked from local products and the atmosphere is particularly warm. You won't leave without coming back...

De bons petits plats régionaux sont concoctés par l’équipe, et surtout la fameuse truffade à ne pas manquer. Le décor boisé est très chaleureux et le poêle aussi. Superbe cadre avec vue sur les pistes mais aussi sur la partie naturelle du Lioran. C’est une base très prisée par les sportifs, et l’ambiance est super sympa. Je recommande.

Le restaurant est très bon, nous étions à l’hôtel donc en demi-pension: Dîner et petit-déjeuner sont d’excellentes factures, rien à redire. Le cadre est authentique et montagnard, les plats sont du terroir et l’ambiance y est très chaleureuse. Hôtel et Restaurant de qualité, nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir pour y dîner et y séjourner. À recommander au Lioran !

21/08/2024: We had lunch there and had a snack during our day in Lioran. We definitely recommend. The servers are top notch. The dishes were excellent.
20/08/2024: A nice place on the snow front (in winter). Warm and efficient service. Good local cuisine adapted to the location. A very good time!

01/09/2024: Great restaurant, well located, excellent cuisine, so much so that it was our regular restaurant during this week of vacation. We tried lunch, dinner and aperitif boards without any disappointment of any kind. Our congratulations for the salted butter caramel cream which dethrones those eaten before....A fast, efficient and pleasant service at the foot of the mountain....Go for it.
30/08/2024: Très bon mais serveuse désagréable. Nous sommes venue déjeuner. Mon mari avait commandé un Burger cantalou. La serveuse lui a demandé si il veut des frites avec. Biensur qu'elle savait qu'il y avait en accompagnement des frites,lorsqu'elle nous a servi elle a emmené en plus des frites qu il y avait en accompagnement un autre plat de frite. Ceux qui a fait augmenter la note. Méfiez-vous de la serveuse quand elle demande voulez-vous des frites avec, oh faites elle vous propose un autre plat de frites pas celui en accompagnement. Elle l 'a fait à un autre client mais il a été malin en demandant bien si avec le Burger il y avait pas de frite.
