No complaints ! (traditional and perfect pastries). It is among the rare bakeries which remain only and truly bakeries and which in fact make quality bread, not one of these multi-purpose recycling centers which sells pre-baked bread in a factory to make money even if it means botching everything... Thank you for your work which I know requires a certain investment from oneself... 🙂
