My usual tobacconist, where I've never had any problems with service until this morning, with a tobacconist I don't know. Two pieces of advice for him: - Don't show him your PIN; there are people with bad intentions and good memories out there. - Don't use the flash when taking photos of customers illegally. Update: The man I criticized in my previous review was a seasonal worker. Luckily, the regular employees are extremely friendly. Big shout-out to Mathias!
