30/03/2026: This is the first time I've ordered vegetarian couscous on Uber Eats, and what a surprise! It's a box with couscous, a few vegetables, and a tiny container of vegetable juice—enough for one plate. Whereas when I go to the restaurant, I get a tray of couscous, a tray of vegetables in their juice, and chickpeas, which easily makes two plates. So, €13 for that, not including Uber Eats fees, is a bit steep, I have to admit.

23/07/2026: What follows isn't just because I live in the neighborhood: I've visited many Japanese restaurants in Lille, Paris, and elsewhere, and Sazanka is my number one! Affordable prices, delicious and satisfying lunch menus, a warm welcome, and the quality of the fish is truly excellent. Remember to call ahead to make a reservation, as it's not very big and gets very busy!
08/06/2026: After trying many different sushi restaurants, I can attest that this is the best sushi restaurant in the city!
The respectful and attentive service is a real plus. I highly recommend it!

02/08/2026: Beautiful setting, but very average food.
While the place is charming and pleasant, the food doesn't live up to it. A soft-boiled egg served as a starter, followed by a meat dish and a dessert that were just okay, but completely unremarkable. The menu is short and the setting is really nice, but the food lacks flavor and that little something extra that makes all the difference. It's a shame; we won't be back.

18/08/2026: Superb! Amazing meat, perfect welcome, quick and attentive service, professional and friendly team, idyllic setting, fantastic atmosphere... Brilliant! Very friendly. The place is superb and the terrace is magnificent, shaded... the welcome is warm. The rib steak is perfect, generous and well-accompanied... I highly recommend it! We'll be back...
18/08/2026: Great busy and vibrant place. Visited on a weekend so it was quiet busy. Had one of the local dishes. Service was friendly and fast. Wish they had ceiling fans specially in August.

Something for everyone, both seafood and meat dishes. The terrace is very pleasant and the interior decor is fantastic for those rainy days too.

18/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant has a short, seasonal menu, a guarantee of high quality, and the homemade fries are fantastic! The decor is lovely and cozy, and the icing on the cake is the beautifully furnished terrace.
Don't hesitate, the new owner is very welcoming and clearly knows his stuff!

20/05/2026: A solo lunch break in this charmingly bohemian-style café that clearly serves fresh ingredients. A beautifully composed salad, bursting with flavor, followed by a delicious apple-rhubarb crumble that had been nicely baked in the oven! Lunch came to €23 including lemonade, a fair price considering the quality. Thank you!
