Le Byblos sur Toulouse

A very good location on the square with a nice terrace. Waiter was pleasant. A bigger selection of main courses would have been nice. I got the Trio Byblos, 3 flatbreads, one with each of lamb shawerma, chicken shawerma, and kefta. The breads were a little dry and there was very little sauce on them, so while the flavors were good, they were rather dry and not so easy to eat. No side dish with this so got the hatata barra which could have done with some flavoring as they were not particularly seasoned. The trio, potatoes, glass of beer and a glass of wine came to 39€ which is a bit steep for 1 person. Overall pleasant, but at that price is not the best value for money.

I had a wonderful evening. The servers were incredibly friendly. The meal was delicious. A real find.

Passing through Toulouse, we were accommodated for a meal after 3 pm. The service was impeccable despite the late hour: the waiter offered us quick meals, a mix of meats and salads, which were absolutely delicious! The young waitress was also very pleasant and even took the time to check on us while we ate! Thank you to the team! Truly excellent!

Absolutely fantastic! A real treat with refined and light cuisine. A very welcoming team, truly delicious with a good selection (the fish was excellent), delicate dishes, and a very reasonable price for three. Well done to the whole team!

A legendary spot in Toulouse! The owner and his son have real character, and that's one of the reasons we love them. They make it their mission to preserve the peace and quiet of their customers, especially on the terrace. The food is very good. Only the grumblers find fault (see the few negative comments).

The menu was quite limited; I ordered a mixed platter, which was pretty good but not really enough for a full meal. However, things have changed. The servers were attentive and in good spirits. So overall, a good place.
