Excellent from start to finish. The burger, the chips, and the Basque cake tiramisu! A delight for the taste buds. I think it's one of the best burgers I've ever had. The burger bun was incredibly soft. You've gained two very happy customers! We'll gladly be back! The presentation was impeccable.

We've been coming to eat at CAB for four years now, on a very occasional basis, and for four years the quality of this restaurant hasn't changed. CAB is consistent in its service and the quality of its food; it's remarkable.

Excellent find at CAB Biarritz! The burgers are delicious and made with quality ingredients. The meat was perfectly cooked and the chips were very good. A big thumbs up for the gluten-free option too – it's really appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. A great place in Biarritz that I highly recommend!

The burgers were good, but the service and explanations about the different burgers and sauces were complicated (10 minutes to take an order and get a carafe of water), and the tables were too close together. The price was reasonable.

26/08/2026: A great wine bar in the evening, with a fantastic selection of wines and delicious tapas. It can get very busy, so you might need some patience – but the staff still take the time to offer friendly advice.
