A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Biarritz! The burgers are delicious, made with quality local ingredients. I tried the Landes burger with foie gras: very good overall, although I would have liked a bit more foie gras, as its flavor is rather subtle. You can tell the owners are dedicated and attentive to quality and the customer experience, which really makes a difference. Special mention for the homemade chips, quite rare in this type of establishment and much appreciated. An excellent place to enjoy a quality burger at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

While passing through Biarritz, we ate at CAB by chance and had a wonderful meal. Special mention for the burger bun and the sauces!

The staff and service were top-notch. Everything is homemade, right down to the chips! The ingredients are high-quality and the hamburgers are original. Passing through Biarritz, we were delighted to have stumbled upon this place.

Comfort could be improved for older people (high chair). However, it's absolutely delicious: both the burgers and the chips (and apparently I'm a picky eater). Thanks also to the team who give 200% for their customers.

17/05/2026: Pleasant place, friendly welcome... but don't be put off by the tight stock management... hummus with Moroccan bread, but the second basket with white bread... four-cheese bruschetta with mini ham rolls, even though we're in the land of ham... a generous slice of ham would have been perfect. It's a shame because the welcome is warm and you feel comfortable there.
