A tiny restaurant hidden away on the beach, yet there is nothing small about the experience! The view is stunning, golden hour there is perfect. Waves lapping the beach, sailboats in the distance, the hills of Roquebrune behind you! The staff are warm and welcoming: we were walk ins and they received us like family! They are all fluent in French, Italian and English. They have a fixed menu which changes every few days: food was fresh, delicious and copious!!! We enjoyed it so much we went back again two days later. A whole new menu awaited us, but we were spoiled again! I suggest reserving a table ahead to assure a beach view! This is by far the best travel meal experience ever!!!

A small restaurant on the Plage du Buse beach. It's run by Italians and serves seafood, but you can also order stuffed focaccias to go from the bar. The prices are reasonable: an octopus salad is €25 and a tuna tataki with vegetables is €30. It's very busy because of the high demand, and can get crowded. But I ate well and would recommend it as a perfect way to complete your French Riviera experience.

Dinner last night at Le Cabanon. The setting is superb, the service attentive, and the food was decent, but we knew better than to expect it to be haute cuisine. In the evening, there's a set menu for €60 with very generous and tasty antipasti, and for the main course, you have a choice of pasta, fish, or meat. My husband ordered the seafood pasta, which wasn't very good—overcooked, which is surprising for Italians—and the seafood was rubbery. I had the red mullet fillets, which were also much too overcooked. For dessert, my husband had ice cream and strawberries, and I had watermelon. There was also tiramisu. The spritz we had as an aperitif was €15 (the view is included in the price!). A glass of white wine, however, was quite good at €7. In short, it's a great place to go after a swim at the end of the day.
