Absolutely outstanding—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A solid 10/10 for service. 05/04/2026: We had booked two days in advance, and upon arrival, it was a DISASTER; our reservation had never been registered. It was 9 pm (the time of the reservation), and the welcome was rigid, cold, and deplorable. The waitress made no effort whatsoever; we offered to show her proof of our call, but she refused to discuss it. She didn't apologize and didn't even try to find a solution, even though it was getting late and other restaurants were starting to close… for a restaurant of this reputation, it's appalling.
