Finally, a restaurant worthy of the name in L'Isle Adam! We had dinner as a group of four friends at Le Cabouillet, on the terrace. The welcome and service were truly delightful and efficient: order taken, helpful advice, and quick service. The food: The scallop carpaccio was sublime, with an incredible strawberry and scallop pairing! The baked egg was just like the ones from my childhood—perfect! The fish portions were generous; the turbot and sea bass were perfectly cooked (pearly pink and piping hot—so rare!). The side dishes—sautéed vegetables, chorizo ​​rice, and fries—were equally delicious! And the gourmet rum (excellent homemade infused rum!), served with a selection of small desserts, was a brilliant idea! A nice selection of wines with labels on the menu—another great touch! The prices are a bit high, but the quality is undeniable! We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant; we felt comfortable and everything was perfect! If we were to do it again, other establishments in L'Isle Adam disappointed us so much...

A truly lovely place. A pleasant setting on the banks of the Oise, the dining rooms are simply yet effectively refined, with a touch of old-fashioned charm—a good, traditional restaurant. The same is true of the food. Fresh ingredients, authentic cuisine. Beautiful flavors: chicken Provençal with flavorful and fragrant tomatoes, tender meat cooked to perfection; sea bass with vegetables bursting with flavor, firm yet delicate flesh. And finally, a crêpe Suzette prepared according to time-honored traditions, perfectly balanced—neither too sweet nor too bitter—and a generous cheese plate. The warm welcome and homemade infused rums complete the picture. A reasonable bill, commensurate with the quality and price. Of course, if you're looking to rush through courses in 30 minutes, this isn't the place for you. Here, tradition and culinary expertise are paramount.

I finally had dinner at Le Cabouillet, thank you, daughter. The oldest restaurant in L'Isle-Adam, taken over 7 years ago. The restaurant has kept its soul. A perfect meal, a welcoming owner, and impeccable service. Upstairs, a magnificent view of the riverbanks.

A restaurant where you can take your time. Foie gras, scallops, and also homemade fried pork delicacies. A very warm welcome, excellent service, and a pleasant smile. Worth discovering. The kitchen and dining area are open until 4 pm on Sundays. Have a lovely Sunday everyone. Enjoy your discovery!

Perhaps the oldest restaurant still open in L'Isle-Adam. Ideally located. I prefer to dine inside to enjoy the peace and quiet. The menu lives up to expectations. In short, a great place.

Excellent lunch for a birthday meal. The pan-seared foie gras was sublime, as was the Paris-Brest. Everything was perfect. Thank you to the owners for their professionalism and kindness.
