Excellents plats maison. Des produits frais, un beau choix de vins.
Bref un très bon moment. peu de plats sur la carte, ce qui est toujours un gage de qualité.
Lovely staff, excellent wine and food. No hesitation in recommending. Great atmosphere on a very hot lunchtime. We had the menu du jour 3 courses which at €18 each is superb value. No other country seasons their cooking like the French. They make the simplest and freshest ingredients come alive!
This calm and comfortable restaurant honors French gastronomy. Finally “real homemade” and served generously. All the dishes are tasty: Andouillette (with veal strawberries) delicious like the tasty omelette… even the bread is good! Appetizing dessert of the day. Friendly and efficient service. In short, a very good address in Chagny at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this pleasant stopover to foodies and gourmets.
Ce restaurant calme et confortable fait honneur à la gastronomie française. Enfin du "vrai fait maison" et généreux : Tous les plats sont goûteux. Andouillette (à la fraise de veau) délicieuse comme l'omelette savoureuse. Service aimable et efficace. Dessert du jour appétissant. Bref, une très bonne adresse à Chagny à un tarif très raisonnable. Nous conseillons vivement cette agreable étape aux gourmands et gourmets
Unfortunately, we waited a long time for the food, and then a dish was missing which was only put on the table after we asked without comment. We picked up drinks ourselves at the counter because the service had no structure. It had the impression that everyone was doing everything and no one had an overview. It's a shame, it gave the impression that none of those present had any knowledge of the hospitality industry. However, entrecôte was excellent and so was the creme brulee!
