I have known cabrol for years. Everything there was excellent. Popular, generous and well presented cuisine. Since the change of ownership it hasn't been the same at all. The aioli is very poorly served. Only one mayo whereas 2 before, few vegetables and fish. There's not all that comfort food anymore. And the doses have been reduced. And now boards like everywhere else. It's a shame, it was THE restaurant I recommended in Carqueiranne. I ate so well there before. Nothing to say about the service which is perfect.

Not only are the welcome and the kitchen top notch, but also invaluable help during a car breakdown...I often go with my big dog, all the staff are always great with him. Excellent value. A real family address where we are known and recognized. Great atmosphere

A gourmet, generous and delicious Italian salad. The menu of the day, lamb and sautéed potatoes from the other guests, were very tasty too! The service is attentive and you feel warmly welcomed. A great team at the service: well done to you! Will I come back? Yes, absolutely!
