I just had lunch with friends in this restaurant. We were the first customers and the person who welcomed us was very charming. The wait was a bit long but we were in no rush. The visual appearance of the dishes is not perfect, the quality of the products is quite poor (bread not fresh/bland batavia) it has some decorations but that does not enhance the plate. The quality/price ratio is far from honorable, a drink, a plate of charcuterie and a salad cost a little over €30. I paid for the location and the welcome as well as the excellent quality of service. A big congratulations to the waiter who was alone, and who managed everything alone (maybe even the kitchen). This is why I put 4 because it does not reflect the work he did
We really had a great time. Thanks to a promotion we discovered this restaurant in the center of Caen. Varied menu for all tastes. Even with some Normandy specialities. Hamburger salad and cutting boards. Fair prices and Teddy and Dino also did their part with kindness and speed.
Pleasantly surprised because at first glance the exterior appearance of this restaurant does not reflect its qualities. Super nice and welcoming staff. Very good cuisine with original interior decor even if due to the weather, we were lucky to be able to have lunch on the terrace (Place de la République) where it is surrounded by a public garden. Experience to be repeated. Very good homemade foie gras. In short, you are in Caen, so don’t hesitate to stop for lunch there 😉
Première fois pour ma part malgres les avis je me suis dit qu’il fallait essayer pour me donner mon propre avis mais a ma grande surprise je découvre un lieux atypiques et personnel très agréable, lieux avec grande salle remplie de clients vers 19h30.
Nous avions commander des faux filets et des burgers les cuissons étaient parfaites le tout servie avec des frites et sauce maison un gros coup de coeur pour leur sauce camembert, jy retournerais les yeux fermé sans aucun soucis. Continuez comme sa.
