Excellent food, good value for money, friendly waiters and a very nice location on Place Stanislas

On March 1st, three of us had hot drinks inside. The setting was very pleasant, but the welcome was rather cold. When we ordered, the waiter explained that the "homemade" hot chocolates were only available until the end of February for profitability reasons. Fine! The waiter made some insensitive remarks when my daughter asked him if he served plant-based milk. Does he even know that cow's milk intolerance exists? We ordered "machine-made" hot chocolates, and I received two used sugar packets. I understand that this can happen, but I spoke to the waiter, who replied that the drink should be sweet enough... I understood perfectly well that, as a matter of principle, he's always right. Having finished our drinks and about to leave, he arrogantly brought me four more sugar packets. The receipt had Eric's name on it.

A very pretty establishment with mirrored walls in the dining room and a view of Place Stanislas. However, it's very noisy at lunchtime and difficult to get a seat on the banquettes as the tables are close together. The daily menu was excellent, and the desserts were delicious. The presentation was lovely, and the waiters were very friendly, polite, and efficient. There's also a smaller, more intimate room upstairs. I recommend it, and thank you again to the waiter :)

After a refreshing stroll through our beautiful city, a delicious hot chocolate with a friend. As a bonus for those who wish, a lovely view of Place Stanislas. A delightful moment.

Great New Year's Eve meal on December 31st

We had New Year's Eve dinner. We chose it randomly, but for €125, it's five courses each with a glass of wine to match. I'd say it's worth it. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and very professional. The atmosphere was typically French, a true immersion in French culture, both in terms of atmosphere and food. We were very satisfied. Top. In the most central and famous square in the city.
