Nothing complicated to cook for two salads: one Luberon and one Louvre. The asparagus was undercooked, the goat cheese toast tiny, and the raw ham tasteless. On the plus side, there was a cheese plate from the Apt region! Thank goodness, I'm tempted to say 😅

Highly recommended! Very pleasant, clean place. The waiter was very attentive and super friendly. The meal was excellent, nothing to complain about.

19/04/2026: The hotel is very well located in the heart of Apt, in a charming, very clean, old building. The bedding was comfortable, and our room was spacious. We would gladly return!
