08/04/2026: A wonderful evening at Bistrot le France! The welcome was warm and friendly, the place charming and inviting, and the food delicious! We ordered our starter, main course, and dessert without hesitation. It's a shame we were only passing through; it's a restaurant that makes you want to return. 03/05/2026: Behind an unassuming, almost hidden entrance (terrace) lies a wonderful restaurant with a small menu but incredibly high quality.
We had the lamb shank and the risotto. It was excellent. Especially the lamb shank with the sauce.
Plus, the service was super friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was lovely.

09/05/2026: The food is delicious. My wife had a specialty of cheese fritters with charcuterie, and let me tell you, her plate was completely empty! I had an excellent Corsican pizza. They also had little snacks and a nice little wine. All the staff are very friendly, and the restrooms are very clean, which is important. I highly recommend "Chez mon cousin Alphonse." André

19/04/2026: We ordered couscous and a tagine. The vegetables were tasteless, clearly frozen and thrown into a broth. The restaurant was empty, and we soon understood why. Avoid at all costs.

30/01/2026: Wood-fired pizza! Which is rare these days. The menu is quite extensive but not overwhelming, a sign of freshness, and the pizzas are thin and delicious. I highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering Le Chant de l’Heure restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
We chose to try the crêpes, which are clearly the house specialty, and we weren't disappointed: they were delicious, generously filled, and bursting with flavor. The menu also offers other dishes, but the establishment is clearly focused on crêpes, and that's where it excels.
We were seated on the terrace, which was simply perfect: a pleasant, calm setting, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. The overall atmosphere is warm and friendly, with a lot of charm.
A particularly positive point was also the waiter, who was very friendly and welcoming, and who contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable.
A great place to remember in Apt, especially if you love crêpes!

I was dissatisfied with the service. It was rather slow, and I should have paid more attention, but I was charged for an extra carbonara dish.
