The setting is perfect, the restaurant is nicely decorated and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the lighthouse. The dishes are very good and well cooked, the staff friendly, a little hiccup with the service which was particularly long.

This restaurant really impressed me. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Despite the high number of visitors, the food came very quickly and was incredibly tasty! We will definitely stop by again. In addition, the ambience outside and inside is modern and has a nice flair.

I highly recommend this restaurant Be careful in the off season to come between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., at 7:45 p.m. I quote "the kitchens are closed"...

Un accueil et un service jeune et sympa. L endroit est vraiment agréable juste sous le phare. Le poisson du jour nous a ravi ! Nous avons passés un très bon moment

The service was perfect with a bread aperitif worthy of cocktails. Background music autographed for someone special. The cocktails as good as the waiters. The scoop of ice cream was delicious with a flavor of a specialty from the Ile de Ré.

Friendly and warm restaurant A great team!!!!! A big ++++ for "Émi" 🤗 Marceau had a lovely time with an adorable waitress who is not afraid of dinosaurs!!

We came to have 3 ice creams at 5:10 p.m. to wait while it was rather quiet I went to order inside they told me that the waiter would come and take the order we ordered 3 ice creams with a pitcher of water, we had our ice cream, the pitcher is lost in the disorganization, when it comes time to pay, everyone is lost. If you need anything this is the place to go.

Great for having a beer and the waiters are pleasant 🍺 But perhaps the worst restaurant of my life, expensive and very bad 😅

Endroit super sympa, les équipements paraissent récents, les toilettes sont sympas (porte à réparer néanmoins, ne ferment pas à clefs), musique sympa ! Chouette moment ! Bière un peu cher !

27/08/2024: A nice cuisine which, in my opinion, lacks creativity and balance. Pleasant service... rather relaxed (!) and outdoor terrace near the bicycle parking area. A nice layout inside would be a plus (and more pressure on the sinks too!)
23/08/2024: Very mixed opinion. Slow service. Special mussels marinières: you have to like parsley, it looks more like snail stuffing and it's not very abundant for the price

09/07/2024: Nice place to have lunch after visiting the lighthouse and museum. The staff all seemed a little stressed and mismanaged even though there were plenty of them. We both had the Mexicana crepe and were definitely more than happy with them. They were the best savoury crepes we have had in France & perfect fir a spot if lunch.
05/07/2024: My wife and I stopped here for lunch on 4/7 after having cycled from La Bois en Re. Unlike our previous experiences in restaurants in both Ars En Re and La Flotte were were warmly shown to a table and our waiter then erected 2 sun shades as the back of the restaurant was beginning to fill up. Menus arrived and my wife chose the Maree Basse (salmon crepe). I chose the cheeseburger, as I craved some chips. She, and I don’t often say this, was blown away by her meal, in particular the amount of salmon in the crepe. This place is very popular and the young staff work hard so as not to ignore anyone, and while we were there, were continually clearing tables, cleaning them and replacing place settings. Please ignore all the old negative reviews and try it. I hope this place starts getting the reviews it deserves based on our visit.
