It is incredible to find such extraordinary dishes in such a simple place (which is not reductive!) Nothing is left to improvisation in the slightest accompaniment (which is not reductive either.!) Sylvère (the boss, cook, waiter, advisor) is the image of his cuisine: fine, cultivated, spicy but not too much... Above all, don't repeat these comments, bad guys could kidnap him! If there is one pilgrimage I would make, it would be to go on my knees to Aigues Mortes where I live at rue xxx in Alès (you don't believe I'm going to give you the address!) Alex

We hadn't returned to the graphic café since the change of ownership and what a surprise! Gourmet cuisine prepared with passion and talent, all at a more than affordable price considering the quality of the products and the work to showcase them. I particularly appreciated finding zander on the menu (a rare thing for a fish little known to the general public) and the inventiveness of the chef (wasabi ice cream as a condiment to accompany the beef tartare). I'll go on and on, but everything was excellent and the tastes were just right! A big congratulations for this brand that we will revisit regularly 👌🏻

The restaurant not to be missed in Alès, the cuisine is bold and generous while remaining very accessible for the wallet. The flavors match perfectly, the spices are perfectly chosen and highlighted. A friendly place where we take care of you during a lunch break. To recommend without moderation. I will come back with great pleasure.
