While discovering the city center of La Rochelle, my wife and I came across this bistro from another era and we were not disappointed. Friendly, courteous staff. Excellent cuisine.

A very beautiful place, the welcome from the valiant team is always friendly to the sound of jazz. In the kitchen you can taste the great simple classics, prepared with quality dishes, all accompanied by good powerful or fruity wines.

Always an impeccable welcome in this café just a stone's throw from the market!
I really like staying there, the location on the square is very pretty and the staff is always pleasant.
An undeniable charm exudes there, they always select good vinyls, which you can listen to in the background of a good coffee with friends.
Regularly small additional photo exhibitions! I will come back to eat there for lunch for sure.

A small interior room
When the weather permits, tables outside and on the square opposite.
The service is dilettante

Very nice cafe with a great atmosphere.
The graphics on display are very nice and match the style of the cafe.
Unfortunately, the smell in the café was a bit strong. I can't say whether it was the cheese used in the kitchen or something else, but it somewhat clouded the overall picture.
But the café is definitely worth recommending.
