I discovered Café Noir quite by chance, while craving steak tartare, and was pleasantly surprised to find their lunch menu. Frankly, it's excellent value for money: the dishes are generous, varied, and beautifully presented. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. Plus, the staff is fantastic, welcoming, and efficient, making it the kind of place where you can enjoy a great lunch without breaking the bank ;)

I've been eating at this restaurant for several years and have never been disappointed. The staff are professional, the dishes are generous and delicious. It's very well located and pleasant.

We come to this establishment regularly and we really like the atmosphere.
The staff is very friendly.
However, we have a lot of trouble with one waitress in particular who is constantly complaining, always loudly and clearly so that everyone can hear her demands.
I find this a real shame for an establishment of this quality.
