A fan of the set menu (main course, starter or dessert) with good value for money, the meat, whether in tartare, fillet or burger, is excellent. The only downside is the narrowness of the passage, which makes service a little more complicated, but this restaurant remains our go-to for lunch when passing through Dinan.

Very good food at affordable prices. Excellent welcome and service.
However, the meat wasn't cooked as requested: I asked for it rare and was served well-done. I also asked for an ingredient to be removed, but they served it anyway. After the dish was sent back to the kitchen, there was still some left in it...
But overall, for the price, I highly recommend it.

I discovered Café Noir quite by chance, while craving steak tartare, and was pleasantly surprised to find their lunch menu. Frankly, it's excellent value for money: the dishes are generous, varied, and beautifully presented. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. Plus, the staff is fantastic, welcoming, and efficient, making it the kind of place where you can enjoy a great lunch without breaking the bank ;)
