We stopped at highway exit no. 40 La Mothe/Gorges du Tarn for our family lunch break at this hotel-restaurant on the way back from our vacation. And we didn't regret it 😜. We were very well received and we ate very well on the cool terrace under the trees. Fresh local quality products. What a pleasure for the taste buds! A big thank you to Chef Dimitri and the owner of the place for this moment of sharing 🙏.

Thank you to the customer manager for the welcome she gave me, full of kindness and with a heart on my sleeve given my worries before arriving at the hotel due to discomfort on the highway. She took care of me from start to finish. I recommend this establishment.

At 8:30 p.m., it was impossible to find a restaurant that would take us without a reservation. The chalice was the only one to accept us and others in the same situation. The staff were very welcoming and did not stop to please everyone. We ate well and above all it’s local cuisine!

The staff is exceptional. All the surrounding restaurants were full. Unlike everyone else, they accepted everyone, even after 10 p.m. Everyone is hard at work for you and with a smile. Thank you for everything, and to the cook for this excellent regional meal.

The products are good quality but the plates are cold and the food is limited to lukewarm for an aperitif, a main course and the dessert takes 2 to 2.5 hours a bit long!!!..

We had a problem with the car, it broke down and the insurance provided us with a hotel night. Thank you for the understanding of the staff, since we spent several hours at the hotel reception, they even helped us get transportation, which the insurance company took more than 30 hours. Many thanks to all the staff for their help, in addition the service and the location and the food are very good, in a very beautiful environment surrounded by mountains, and near a river.

Our car broke down near the town and the insurance got us a room at this hotel. The staff knew about this and they were very supportive, they even let us stay at the lobby for hours the next day, while we waited for the insurance to get a taxi to take us home. The service was nothing short of excellent, we didn’t speak french but they made every effort to communicate. The food was amazing, nothing better than a delicious entrecôte steak to forget about our car trouble. The room was very comfortable and I may be biased after a long day on the road, but the beds felt like heaven. Thank you so much!!! We hope to come again, hopefully under different circumstances…

Me, my brothers and my dad found ourselves stranded in the town where this hotel is located. They were incredible to us and helped us to get a comfortable room to stay, which was very much needed. The food was absolutely incredible. We had entrecote for dinner which was our personal favourite, but the lamb chops and chicken were great too. Good people, good food and great location. We don’t speak french and we felt like they made an effort to establish comunication comfortably on both ends. Thank you for everything! Hope we get to see each other again in better conditions.

Un resto à la sortie de l’autoroute. Accueil très gentil. Décoration simple. Carte alléchante. Prix de 24 € pour entrée plat. Ou plat dessert. Tout est fait maison et absolument délicieux. Bien cuit. Service rapide. Assez copieux. Tout était parfait. Merci.
