15/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The welcome was warm, and the chef's explanations about the ingredients, the seasons, and his working methods were clear and genuine. The meal trays were particularly well-presented, both in terms of style and packaging. The dishes were fresh, balanced, well-executed, and absolutely delicious. A high-quality experience, delivered with professionalism and real attention to detail. I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: We called on Alain again for a birthday meal. The appetizer platters and lamb shank were a true delight, as always. The dishes are prepared with finesse, the fresh vegetables are perfectly seasoned... and the portions are very generous. You can go there without hesitation! Thank you, Alain.
