A superb discovery in such a touristy area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (we had three main courses and three desserts). The meat was cooked to perfection and the desserts were delicious. We even got to try the violet mustard... (Excellent!). And what can I say about the setting... nestled among the vines. The only thing missing was a hammock for a relaxing post-meal nap in the shade! The service was quick and friendly... thank you, don't change a thing!

A truly wonderful discovery: this restaurant in the heart of the beautiful village of Collonges-la-Rouge. The dishes feature high-quality ingredients prepared with authentic expertise. The restaurant is run by the third generation, a testament to its success, all within a historic setting. A warm welcome and highly professional staff. Our faithful companion (dog) was even welcomed! A must-try.

The food is delicious, especially the specialties from the southwest, of course. We received a very warm welcome, and the service was perfect, always with a smile. A bowl of water was immediately provided for our dog.

The welcome is warm and friendly.
A truly traditional restaurant where everything is homemade, using local products and expertise passed down through three generations.
The meals are hearty, generous, served quickly, and very reasonably priced.
