Third time in Collonges, but first time at this restaurant.
So many memories of my grandfather came flooding back with the porcini mushroom omelet, which I highly recommend!

An amazing restaurant!
The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were given extra potatoes, which were absolutely delicious.
And the signature dish, the porcini mushroom omelet, brought back childhood memories for my partner, who's from the area.

We went for lunch today and it was fantastic! 👍 Superb welcome, everyone is so attentive 😍, delicious meal from appetizer to dessert 😋 and to top it all off we enjoyed the sunny terrace ☀️ If you're going to Collonge la Rouge, I highly recommend this family-run restaurant 😊

Excellent restaurant, delicious local cuisine rich in regional specialties—in fact, everything is local!
The service was exemplary and exceptionally attentive; it's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of being received with such kindness.
Honestly, if you're passing through this lovely village, go there; you won't be disappointed.
