A lovely family meal on Whit Monday on the terrace – a wonderful welcome and excellent value for money – exceeding our expectations. Well done!

Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. The welcome, the waiters and waitresses, the food... Excellent value for money. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived, it was truly wonderful.

We were a little disappointed by the portion sizes, and the flavors weren't really to our liking. The lobster, which was supposed to be cooked over a wood fire, seemed to have been boiled instead.

Blissfully quiet stay with a delicious restaurant

We had a good time and a good meal. I just find it regrettable that I paid €13.70 for a plate of fries and two scoops of ice cream for a 3-year-old when the children's menu with the same dishes is €12, and I had specifically asked her to only have the fries to avoid waste.

The lobster didn't taste smoky or grilled over a wood fire at all, but rather boiled. I wasn't satisfied; it's a shame, I won't be back.

What a wonderful restaurant, classic (you might even say old-fashioned), yet very charming! Delicious food, an excellent wine list, and exceptionally friendly service. We also felt very welcome with our three young children!

We had the most spectacular seafood platter at this restaurant last night. Everything was delicious but I am impressed the whelks were done so superbly. Apparently they steamed them instead of boiling them and they put cloves with it. The texture and taste were wonderful. I know whelks are not to everyone’s taste but it is worth trying a few. The oysters were fresh and sweet. Prawns and spider crabs are also of very good standard. We had the most amazing white wine too, if you feel like splashing out for a treat. That is the white wine to go for with the seafood. After a good amount of seafood, we decided we needed to have desserts. The desserts were just as good. The staff were very friendly and professional. Service was at a very good pace. We weren’t rushed and we had good space of time between courses. I recommend that you book ahead either by phone or email. The restaurant does get busy. It was a Wednesday evening we went and it was full. The seafood platter was out of this worldly good.
