Le Capitaine M sur Paris

The best salmon tartare in Paris can be found in this restaurant, and their homemade fries are very good. However, I am removing one star because one of the waiters, a dark-haired man with glasses (manager of the café/restaurant?), is unpleasant and not friendly. When he is there and he serves us, the experience is no longer the same. Damage.

The best bar where you can have a great time with friends. The cuisine is excellent The staff takes great care for a cozy evening.

We'll start with the biggest (problems): -We arrive to consume, no mint for a cocktail, what do you mean, no mint? I'm already freaking out. -A chicken, sad, but sad, it made me shed a tear. I really felt sorry for the chicken who died because of that. -A breading for chicken, the same, it had more flavor than the chicken??? And it wasn't crazy, to say the least. -Poor cooking of the meat and salad in the sandwich ordered without salad, chef?? The positive: -The fries, I cry, they are incredible. Best point of the restaurant. -The server is smiling and friendly (but chef, rare is rare, not well cooked).

A pleasant moment, both culinary and ambience. The service is provided with a smile. The quality of the products is there. I plan to come back soon, several dishes on the menu are tempting.

This has sort of become my local when I have the time. I'm always envious as I walk back to my apartment after work past Capitaine M because the tables are full. I've eaten here several times now and probably the best meal so far was the Tartare Sunshine - beef tartare served with pickled red onion, Jalapeños and Red Chillies. It comes with a side salad and a good sized portion of frites de maison which are always perfect. I've also had the burgers - all of the food seems to be a good sized portion and very tasty. I'm here for another 2 months so I'm sure I will be trying lots of things from the menu.

Excellent cuisine and good atmosphere, however the service can be improved.

Warm atmosphere, very welcoming server.

Nothing to complain about despite a small downside regarding the bill. I had paid for my consumption and the consumption of a friend before leaving (to give him a little gift) but I learned that the latter had still paid for his consumption even though I had done so. Nothing serious, just a little communication problem that happens. Other than that everything was perfect!
