We chose Mr Potel as the caterer for our wedding. It was brilliant, the food was excellent and the service very efficient, with a mention to the staff who were particularly friendly and helpful!! We have lots of compliments from guests. It was a pleasure to work with him. Thank you very much to you Mr Potel as well as to your entire team.

Always perfect cuisine! The menu is simple but the work in the kitchen is magnificent

We are regulars and have just tested the new menu: white asparagus and beef gravlax as a starter. Veal rice and small seasonal vegetables as a main course. Everything was delicious, plentiful. The young man who did the service was perfect. Mr Potel as pleasant as ever. Well done and thank you.

Le Cappeville is the "best" gastronomic restaurant in Gisors, not to be confused with the brasseries. We had lunch there this Easter Sunday and it was a pure marvel. Refined cuisine, impeccable service partly provided by the chef himself who is extremely courteous. We recommend this exceptional place.

Le Cappeville in Gisors is one of the best gourmet restaurants I have been to. This restaurant deserves a 6th star 🌟 and I highly recommend it. I strongly recommend the discovery menu where each dish is prepared with great aesthetic and taste care. 9 different dishes are offered depending on the season, plus the trou normand, the cheese platter and an assortment of deserts. Each dish is accompanied by its own wine chosen with the greatest care. A real treat for the eyes and taste buds. The service was impeccable, served quickly, in a very friendly atmosphere. Chef Pierre Potel takes great care of his customers and personally presented each dish and wine to us. This is the 2nd time we have come to this restaurant and enjoyed this exceptional menu.
