04/04/2026: I'm a regular McDonald's customer, and until now I've never really had a problem with the service. But my experience today was frankly disappointing. I placed an order at 9:30 p.m., and I had to wait until 10 p.m. to receive it... even though there was only one meal option. Such a long wait for such a simple order is unacceptable. What's most frustrating is that when I went to the counter to ask for information, there was simply no one there to answer. No employees available, no follow-up, no explanation for the wait. It's really a shame, especially for a chain like McDonald's where you expect fast and efficient service. I hope this kind of situation doesn't happen again.

02/04/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered several meals online, and once I got home, I realized one sandwich was missing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. So I called the restaurant to explain the situation. The person on the phone acknowledged the problem, asked me to come back, and even offered me a goodwill gesture (an ice cream). So I went there, but once I arrived, the story completely changed: not only did they not give me the missing sandwich, but the manager claimed they had checked with their security cameras and that everything was in the bag, which is impossible, so either he lied or they had made a mistake with my order! I then explained that they had confirmed the problem to me over the phone, but they didn't listen. The manager was unpleasant, unsympathetic, and even aggressive. The result: a wasted trip, no solution, and deplorable customer service. Very disappointed. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's!
