I came one afternoon. The cuisine is OK, it's better than a company canteen that's for sure, but it's still pretty basic cooking. The quantities are sufficient without being excessive. For the price, it's pretty decent.

wait of 20 minutes or more (and not just once) at lunchtime to be served, especially when you place an order on the phone the same morning around 11 a.m.... then you rush back to work with your meal on your stomach.. .too bad the food is good but the service really doesn't follow, and neither does the boss.

Hello, I was the cook from 02/09/2024 for the day. I ensured that the setup was done.....at the end of lunch service the Boss asked me if!!!?? I need help.....Error of judgment I needed subordinate help...Here you go with my apologies ladies. Gentlemen. Jfpayet.

We went to this restaurant because it was close to our hotel. And that was a big surprise! Very warm atmosphere and top-notch cuisine!

We came on a Friday evening at 7 p.m., the service was long (I think it's so we could also enjoy the karaoke) but the waitress was very pleasant and gave good advice. Very good meal!

Hotel Kyriad Lyon Sud St Genis Laval

28/11/2023: I just spent 4 nights there during the Solutrans trade show in Lyon. 180 euros per night is expensive, but during trade fair periods it has become normal to vary the rates. The hotel deserves its number of stars, neither more nor less. This is more than enough for a business trip. So why 5 stars??? The simple and authentic welcome of the staff and the service. (There was a sign on the counter inviting you to leave a good rating in order to get 8/10 on a famous review site 🤣)
25/08/2023: Très bon rapport qualité prix, Bonne literie espace suffisant pour la chambre familiale. Petit déjeuner varié et personnel agréable. Je recommande pour une halte avant les vacances.
