The chef's work is exemplary, delighting the palate from noon to midnight. The kitchen is bright and airy, the atmosphere harmonious. Thank you three times over!

The dishes are delicious, meticulously prepared, and inventive, from appetizer to dessert—bravo! But am I the only one who finds it surprising that the cutlery isn't changed between the fish and meat courses? That the glasses aren't changed between white and red wine in an establishment of this caliber? The sommelier is overwhelmed, and the service doesn't live up to the quality of the cuisine. But we will definitely return.

There are some places we love to return to throughout the seasons, and Le Capu is undoubtedly one of them. We go there several times a year, and we have never, ever been disappointed. With each visit, we are captivated by the creativity of the dishes, the impeccable quality of the ingredients, and the elegant presentation of the plates. The cuisine is both inventive and flavorful, subtle yet undeniably indulgent. The service also deserves praise: professional, efficient, and warm. A special mention goes to the chef, who takes the time to greet guests personally. This gesture, now rare, is so appreciated and lends a genuine, human touch to the experience. The cozy and elegant atmosphere, along with the carefully chosen decor, contributes fully to the enjoyment of the moment. You simply feel at ease. Our last visit, for Valentine's Day, was particularly memorable. The thoughtful touches offered that evening made the moment truly wonderful, especially the magnificent rose given to each of the women present. A refined gesture, all the more remarkable as it still graced her vase ten days later. A truly exceptional establishment, consistently delivering outstanding service, which we wholeheartedly recommend.
