Excellent cuisine.
Top-notch service and staff availability.
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
A restaurant we highly recommend and will definitely return to next year when we're in Toulouse.

A friend booked us a lunch for our hen party. We weren't disappointed. Kehina and Béa are absolute sweethearts. We had a fantastic time and the food was delicious. The prices are reasonable and the place is very welcoming. Go for it without hesitation!
Special mention for the Sex on Beach cocktail, which was divine, and the rum shots—don't change a thing, girls, it was a real pleasure to meet you.

A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Le Carbet d’Oc. The meal was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A great place to eat in Les Carmes; we will definitely be back!

A perfect evening at Le Carbet d’Oc. The tapas are generous and expertly prepared, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect in this neighborhood. But the real highlight is Elisa: attentive, efficient, and always smiling, even when the place is packed. This kind of service makes all the difference. We'll definitely be back.
