Le Cargo sur Santa-Maria-Poggio

I've been coming to Corsica for two years now, and two years I've been returning to Le Cargo restaurant. It's a warm, family-run establishment, with a friendly atmosphere and simply delicious food. The dishes are homemade, generous, tasty, and carefully prepared. The family who run this superb restaurant are generously sized and truly passionate about their work. The menu showcases many Corsican products, perfect for discovering the island's specialties. A big thank you to the whole family for this wonderful stay, a big kiss to Pearl, and see you next year!

What a beautiful evening at the harbor! Le Cargo is located right on the water and offers a dreamy atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. The food was outstanding: the king bream was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of delicate flavors. And the lemon tart for dessert—simply heavenly. Friendly service, great view, great food—what more could you want?
