Excellent dinner at this restaurant! The service was perfect, and the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious! The quality of the food and service is definitely worth the trip! Thank you for this delightful break in Goult ☺️

Le Carillon is a fantastic, authentic restaurant run primarily by a husband and wife team who are welcoming, cordial and professional. Where both food and service are fantastic. Our family rented a mas in Oppede Le Vieux for part of April and all of May. We visited Le Carillon three times - each with different friends or family members. Resulting in universal enjoyment and happiness. The cuisine is high quality and expertly prepared, and service is at the same time friendly and professional. In our experience the dessert "Le Chocolat" was voted best all time by our crew. It's worth going just for that, but the menu is excellent throughout and the prices are reasonable. Can't wait to go back next year. ps: Goult is a charming town with far fewer tourists than other Luberon villages.....

One of the better places for a delicious dinner with dishes from refined French cuisine. Super friendly, polite, and skilled service. Interesting wine list with reasonable prices. We will definitely be back here.

Both times we’ve been here for lunch have been the highlight of our dining experience in Provence. The food, wine, and hospitality are all top notch and served on a sweet little terrace.

11/07/2026: We booked for our wedding anniversary, and what a perfect place to celebrate. It is quintessentially French, set down a small, narrow street with tables spilling out into the street. The service was friendly, un rushed, professional and helpful. And the food... delicious! So tasty. It was a fantastic experience, alongside special evening from start to finish.
11/07/2026: At la bartavelle it's clear that the owners care about providing an exceptional food experience and service. We really enjoyed the service, the originality of the food, and the quality of farm-to-tabke sourced ingredients However, in spite of all this care, we found the dishes that we ordered to be a bit lackluster in flavor and the options limited. Please note you should book well in advance, maybe weeks, to come here.
