I stopped by for a light lunch and received a very warm welcome and generous portions.
Everything was delicious (leek risotto with scallops and a gourmet coffee with artisanal products), and the owners were very friendly.
I highly recommend it.

We've already had lunch there and came back especially because my wife and daughter had already enjoyed themselves.....
No surprise, they still love it just as much, and even I, who's not easy to please, found it excellent....
The service is always top-notch and very friendly, but
a special mention to the chef.

We visited the wonderful restaurant Le Carnotzet yesterday. The extremely personable owner, Pierre, who also provides excellent service, looked after us in a friendly, cheerful, and very competent manner. We enjoyed dinner immensely; the chef is creative and conjures up original dishes. We sit on the old market square under the historic metal roof of the ancient fish market. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening in this charming restaurant. We would love to come back!

We loved it. A little unexpected getaway, and in fact, the best part of our stay in Sainte-Maxime. The food was just perfect and the staff were attentive. We highly recommend it. If you want to spend a wonderful, relaxing time, don't miss this place.
