I stopped by for a light lunch and received a very warm welcome and generous portions.
Everything was delicious (leek risotto with scallops and a gourmet coffee with artisanal products), and the owners were very friendly.
I highly recommend it.

We've had lunch there before and came back especially because my wife and daughter had already had such a wonderful meal... No surprise, they still love it, and even I, who am not easily pleased, found it excellent... The service is always top-notch and incredibly friendly, but

We visited the wonderful restaurant Le Carnotzet yesterday. The extremely personable owner, Pierre, who also provides excellent service, looked after us in a friendly, cheerful, and very competent manner. We enjoyed dinner immensely; the chef is creative and conjures up original dishes. We sit on the old market square under the historic metal roof of the ancient fish market. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening in this charming restaurant. We would love to come back!

We loved it. A little impromptu getaway that turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Sainte-Maxime. The food was absolutely perfect and the staff incredibly attentive. We highly recommend it. If you want to spend a lovely, peaceful time, don't miss this place.
