Le Carouge Bistrot sur Le Pont-De-Beauvoisin

We stumbled upon Le Carouge restaurant by chance. Located right on the roundabout in the center of Pont-de-Beauvoisin, it's impossible to miss! A beautiful spot with a superb terrace! It's lush with greenery and has a large awning to keep you cool. We received a very warm welcome and first-rate service. The cuisine was refined; we ordered the daily special and an ice cream dessert, and everything was delicious, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. We ate in the dining room, which also offers a wide selection of Italian specialties. We had a wonderful, friendly interaction with the owner. Fantastic discovery! We were there with my daughter and grandson. A lovely place, a warm welcome, and a culinary journey on a plate with fresh ingredients. The highlight was the Italian dessert, fruttini, frosted fruits… absolutely divine! Paired with an incredible red wine, pure bliss!

We were visiting from the UK for a few days and staying locally in Saint Bueil and had a recommendation for here and very impressed with the food, the service and the friendly people. All four of us had a great meal and the service was very prompt and friendly. All good.
