McDonald's sur Le Pont-De-Beauvoisin

Very fast service and very pleasant staff.

We came for lunch today. After paying, we were told that ice cream wasn't available that day. Then we were asked what we could get instead from the pastry selection. Disappointed for our daughter, we said two donuts. We were served only one. So I have two problems. The first is ordering and paying for something we only learned about after we'd already paid. The second, and more serious because it has a name, is replacing it with something of lesser value than what we paid for, even though the customer is the one who actually paid. You replace one, not two, because it exceeds the value, but you don't mind replacing it with something of lesser value than what the customer paid for! That has a name, I'll let you guess. To top it off, the book and the drinkable yogurt weren't there, so we gave up and left without getting them, and there were no napkins. As for table service, how many times do you have to get up to get what you're owed, and leave without having received the full value of your order?

Many thanks to the helpful and pleasant team

Thank you to Sandrine for her professionalism, it's clear she takes her work seriously!

The staff were really lovely, smiling and friendly, a very warm welcome, thank you again Sandrine

Honestly, this is definitely the cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen, and at almost 50, I've been to quite a few! The restaurant is spotless and very pleasant, with smiling, welcoming, and efficient staff. The service is truly top-notch, quick, and attentive. It's a pleasure to find such a well-run establishment, where you can feel the genuine commitment to quality and service. Well done to the whole team, keep up the good work!

The drive-thru service is very friendly. It's very pleasant. It's a shame the large fries were filled to the same level as the small ones; and they were also cold and soggy, even though we went early in the day around 6:15 pm...

Nice restaurant, friendly and attentive staff. The burgers are well-made 👍

Excellent service from Léna, who was very pleasant and kind.

Quick and pleasant service, especially from Lena who was very enthusiastic and kind. 😁
